We ship within 5 working days from the date of payment. You will receive your package
within 2-4 working days depending upon your shipping place.
If the concerned person has not received within the mentioned number of days, she/he is expected to let us know (by mentioning the order number #) immediately so that we can take further actions.
Also, we do not have a personal delivery team who can call you in advance before delivering a product and we absolutely cannot decide the specific time period the package has to be delivered. We use courier services to do the delivery and it’s entirely Up to the particular service/delivery staff when it comes to the delivery. We have no authority over their service and timing
